Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched from Perth, Western Australia, and are delivered by Australia Post or Sendle unless otherwise specified.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 5 business days. Upon dispatch, you will be sent a notification email with a tracking number (if applicable).

Shipping charges are dependent on the size and weight of the order.

 

Domestic Delivery

Orders that weigh less than 200g and are under 20mm thick can be sent as a large letter for $4.00, this does not include tracking.

 

STANDARD

- Bookmarks & Bookplates only: $4.00

- small parcel box: $10 (1 book)

- medium parcel box: $13.00 (2-3 books)

- large parcel box: $16.00 (4-6 books)

- extra large parcel box: $20.00 (7 + books)

 

EXPRESS

- small: $12.50

- medium: $16.00

- large: $20.00

- extra large: $26.00

In general standard delivery takes 2-6 business days whereas express delivery takes 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.

 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or reasons out of our control. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please email theblackveilbookshop@outlook.com and I will do my best to rectify the issue.

In the case of a missing parcel, a refund will be issued only if a tracked option was selected.

We do not accept any returns on edible products for food safety reasons.
